Sic Schottky diood

SiC Schottky diood on omamoodi suure jõudlusega pooljuht
seade, mille eelisteks on madal avanemispinge, kõrge
kiiruse ümberlülitamine, kõrge temperatuuri jõudlus jne, ja on
laialdaselt kasutatav toiteallikas, ajam, inverter, elektriline
sõidukites ja muudes valdkondades. SiC dioodid mängivad
üha olulisem roll jõuelektroonika valdkonnas
nende suurepärase jõudluse ja töökindluse eest, pakkudes
tõhusamad ja usaldusväärsemad lahendused mitmesuguste suure võimsusega rakenduste jaoks.

Kirjeldus

Schottky diood koosneb metallist ja N-tüüpi pooljuhist,
puudub P-tüüpi pooljuhtkiht, toimib tavaliselt väga hästi
kiire ümberlülitusrakenduste puhul on tagurpidi taastamise aeg väga pikk
lühike ja seda kasutatakse laialdaselt kõrgsagedusliku madalpinge languse korral
stsenaariumid, nagu voolu muundamine, vooluahela alaldamine jne.
